Temperature oven to 325. Combine bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Rinse out chicken thigh pieces inside water, then dredge inside crumb mixture. Place about a baking pan distributed with non-stick spray. Make for about thirty minutes. Switch chicken pieces over, in addition to bake an extra thirty minutes.
