Introduction


Customized version of hungry girl’s recipe (I didnt use bean sprouts or scallions.

 

Ingredients


one particular tbs soy sauce 1/8 tsp terrain ginger 1/8 tsp garlic powder one particular packet (3/4 oz) Sunbird Fried Hemp Seasoning 2 cups cooked and cooled down brown rice 1 jar sliced mushrooms drained 1 bag (2 cups) iced peas and carrots 3/4 cups ovum beaters or other egg substitute

 

Directions


combine seasoning mix, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and 3 tbs scorching water in small dish. Wisk jointly until dissolved. Set aside. heat huge wok or skillet over medium high temperature and spray with pam. scramble ovum beaters until cooked through use spatula to chop into bite sized parts. Put aside in the bowl. add cold vegitables and mushrooms and cook even more than medium heat until warm many the particular way through. Remove through wok make aside. Respray wok along with non-stick squirt and turn as significantly as high high temperature. Add brown grain and seasoning mix, stir well in order to mix then include vegitables and eggy bites back in wok and cook till heated through plus there is simply no liquid left within the pan.
