Ingredients


275 grams chicken liver some pats butter or margarine 1 oz dry sherry

 

Tips


Burn butter/margarine in pan, quite high heat, add cleansed liver in small bits, stir a few a few minutes until no pink is definitely left then placed in some sort of food processor. Deglaze the baking pan with the sherry by way of adding for the lean meats. Method until very soft. Break down into three smaller ramekins and chill.
