1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese 2 tsp. natural chunky peanut butter (I use Skippy, it rocks) 2-3 paks Splenda 1 tbsp or less Jello Cheesecake pudding (sugar free) 2tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. Cool Whip Free

 

Directions


blend cottage cheese in blender until clean.. add in small amounts of taking in water until its as smooth because a person like…… Include 2-3 paks Splenda…. continue to whip….. include pudding…. mix well. After this sets inside fridge for a couple mins mix in the particular peanut butter and cinnamon.
