Quick, tasty, filling–can be made with or even without shrimp using white or even dark brown rice.
4 cups cooked rice (white or brown) 2 tabl. oil 12 ounces organic shrimp 1/2 cup Salsa (I utilize Sam’s Choice white corn and darkish bean salsa) 1/4 cup sundried tomato plants Salt, pepper, garlic salt, Taco Seasonings Worstecheshire sauce-2 Tabl. Shrimp and Crab boil–1 or 2 tsp. (very spicy) 1 small onion chopped
Place oil in large saute pan thus when heated, cook chopped onions until clear. Add tomatoes. Stir in 4 cups cooked rice, stirring often in order to be able to mix thoroughly. Include salsa, shrimp facial boil, worstecheshire and seasonings, mixing thoroughly. Include shrimp and cover up, cooking on reduced until shrimp convert pink (about a few minutes. ) Taste and add even more flavoring if needed. Serves six.
