Introduction


I actually threw this together when I needed to consume some leftover brown materials. It was great, and loaded together with veggies and protein.

 

Ingredients


1/2 c. edamame, shelled 1/2 c. iced corn 2 c. chopped broccoli 7 baby carrots, chopped 1/4 onion, trim 1 c. spinach, sliced thin 2 c. cooked brown rice 1 ovum 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp grated ginger root 4 tbsp soy seasonings 2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Directions


1 ) Place all veggies, except spinach, within a bowl and cover with plastic cover up. Microwave for a couple min until soft. 2. Heat a lg nonstick skillet on med high heat in addition spray w/ cooking spray. Add veggies and rice, stir until warm. three or more. Place egg and egg whites inside a bowl and lightly beat. Produce a well in center of feed in the pan and add the particular eggs. Scramble and incorporate to the grain. 4. Add ginger, soy spices plus sesame oil. Stir in.
