a couple of full chicken breasts, diced (I use the rotisserie chickens with skin taken off for flavour) 1 channel apple, diced 1 channel stalk celery, diced a single cup grapes, halved half of cup Hellman’s Light Mayonaise 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup raisins quarter cup scallions 1/4 pot sunflower seeds juice by one lemon salt



Slice all ingredients and combine within a large bowl. To be able to reduce the recipe, an individual can half the mayonaise with Greek yogurt.
